Only the data strictly necessary to set up and manage the Client's hosting plan is collected:
- Contact data: name, phone number (WhatsApp), email address.
- Hosting and website data: domain name, server access credentials, email account details, and any content, images, or text submitted for publication as part of a content update or SEO request.
Access credentials and website content shared by the Client are used exclusively to provide the hosting, management, content, and SEO services agreed upon. The Provider does not reuse, resell, or share a Client's website content or access credentials with third parties.
The legal basis for this processing is the performance of the hosting service requested by the Client (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
3. Data retention
Data related to an active hosting plan is retained for as long as the plan remains in place, plus the period required by Italian law for accounting and tax documentation after termination (currently up to 10 years, pursuant to Art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code). Access credentials are securely removed or reset once a plan is cancelled and any outstanding handover is complete.
4. Third-party services
This site uses WhatsApp as a direct contact channel. Sending a message via WhatsApp is governed by the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which may involve data processing outside the European Union under the safeguards provided by Meta.
Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal. Neither payment provider receives access to hosting credentials or website content; they only process the transaction itself, under their own respective privacy policies.

Where a Client's website itself uses third-party tools such as analytics or advertising scripts, those tools are governed by their own respective privacy policies and are the Client's responsibility to disclose to their own website visitors.
The fonts used on this site are hosted directly on the tailoredwebhost.com server. No request is made to Google or other external font providers, so no IP address is shared with third parties for this purpose.
5. Your rights
