These Terms govern the VIP managed hosting services offered by Donaldson R F (referred to as "the Provider") through the website tailoredwebhost.com. Subscribing to a plan and confirming the setup of a website constitutes full acceptance of these Terms by the client (referred to as "the Client").
1. Nature of the service
The Provider offers personally managed web hosting for a single website per plan, covering server management, email account administration, proactive security and functionality monitoring, and, depending on the plan, ongoing content updates and SEO interventions. All work is carried out remotely and communication takes place primarily through WhatsApp.
The service covers the technical management, security, and maintenance of the Client's website. The Provider does not guarantee any specific business outcome, traffic volume, or search engine ranking resulting from hosting, content updates, or SEO interventions. The service also excludes outages or malfunctions caused by the underlying server infrastructure provider, domain registrar, third-party plugins not maintained by the Provider, or events outside the Provider's reasonable control.
2. One website per plan
Each plan is strictly limited to the management of one website. This limit is a core condition of the service, not an optional add-on, and reflects the fact that the Provider personally monitors and acts on every site under management. A Client wishing to have more than one website managed under this service must subscribe to a separate plan for each additional site.
3. Content updates and SEO interventions
- Plans that include content updates allow up to 5 general scope changes per month, such as editing text, updating prices, replacing photos, or adjusting existing sections.
- Plans that include SEO interventions allow up to 5 additional actions per month, such as meta description review and editing, and on-page adjustments to primary pages.
- Both allowances reset at the start of each calendar month and do not carry over if unused. They do not accumulate across months.
- Requests that fall outside general scope changes, such as a full page redesign, new site sections, or custom development work, are treated separately and quoted individually.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate access credentials and any information required to set up and manage the website and its email accounts.
- Own or have the legal right to use the domain name associated with the website.
- Submit content update and SEO requests clearly and in writing via WhatsApp.
- Ensure that any content, images, or material submitted for publication does not infringe on third-party rights or applicable law.
5. Pricing and billing
Plan pricing and billing terms are confirmed directly with the Client before the service begins. Payment is processed through Stripe or PayPal on a recurring basis, as agreed at the time of subscription. Continued access to hosting, storage, email, and monthly allowances is conditional on payments remaining current.
6. Storage and email allowances
All plans include unlimited disk space and unlimited email accounts and inbox space for the single website covered by the plan. This allowance applies to normal usage associated with operating one website and its associated email accounts, and may be reviewed by the Provider in the event of clearly abnormal or disproportionate usage unrelated to the website's ordinary operation.
7. Cancellation
The Client may cancel the service at any time by notifying the Provider via WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, the Provider will support a reasonable handover of hosting access, subject to any outstanding payments being settled.
8. Limitation of liability
The Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost business, lost revenue, or lost traffic, resulting from server downtime caused by third-party infrastructure, Client-side configuration errors, or events outside the Provider's reasonable control. The Provider's total liability for any billing period is limited to the amount paid by the Client for that period.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from these Terms falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Pavia, Italy.
